Can't fault their service! Came within 24hrs to rectify electrical issues with our hot water tank at a fair price with no issues at all and we couldn't be happier. Should have called earlier as we were having problems reaching others for a similar service.ADDITIONAL NOTE: We had issues with our hot water tank a few days later as power turned off again, but this additional note is give praise to iTek/Nam. I though there was something wrong with Nam's work and messaged him to organise for a time to come as it was late on Sunday, but no questions asked Nam came in 15 minutes on that same late Sunday night. The problem wasn't even Nam's work from the initial job, but he was able to diagnose improper/non-compliant installation work from the junction box from a previous contractor and offered to repair it right on the spot alongside other problems he noticed in the junction box no questions asked. Nam has pride in his work and he definitely has found a customer that is willing to call him in a heart beat, we have faith he will do the work right as required at a fair price at any time.
